Rockstar Games today released new screenshots and artwork of several locations around Red Dead Redemption 2’s frontier, cities, and towns. The newly released images showcase how varied Red Dead Redemption 2’s environments are. The images show what looks to be in-game facsimiles of real-world locations like the Rocky Mountains, the Great Plains, and New Orleans, complete with the typical Rockstar approach of assigning those locations their own in-game names. Bungie promised that Last Wish, the raid included in Destiny 2’s Forsaken DLC, would be a challenge for even hardened players, and it seems to have delivered on that promise. It took nearly 19 hours before Last Wish was first beaten, the longest it’s taken the community to beat any Destiny raid for the first time. But they got something for everyone in the process. Nintendo has confirmed that My Nintendo Gold Points will be able to be used to purchase a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. As stated on the official Nintendo Switch Online Service FAQ, “Gold Points can be used when purchasing a membership in the Nintendo eShop. They cannot be used for auto-renewal.” Gold Points have been able to be used to purchase Nintendo Switch titles in the eShop since March of this year, with 5% of the purchase price on eligible digital purchases and 1% of physical purchases converted into these rewards. IGN and Ubisoft would like to invite all budding assassins to experience the Assassin’s Creed Challenge on October 5th and 6th at Metcalfe Park in Sydney. The Assassin’s Creed Challenge, built to celebrate the upcoming release of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, features a large parkour course inspired by the series’ classic moves.
