Fortnite and Borderlands may be getting ready for a crossover, as a recent Tweet by Fortnite included a photo that has a hidden Psycho mask from Borderlands in it. Fortnite’s Tweet further teases the crossover as it says “when you see it…” and uses #FortniteXMayhem. This is most interesting as the Borderlands Twitter account frequently uses #LetsMakeSomeMayhem, which also features a Psycho mask emoji at the end of the hashtag. Need for Speed: Heat is set to release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 8. The game is set in the neon-drenched Palm City, where you can participate in a variety of races, both in the sunshine and after dark. Once the sun sets, the cops come out and you’ll have to deal with them as you burn rubber around the city. You can also collect a whole lot of cars and customize them to your liking. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is almost two years old, but the developers at EA DICE are finally moving on from the loot box controversy that dogged the first year of Star Wars Battlefront 2. “We hit rock bottom in terms of player sentiment but now it’s climbing every month,” Battlefront 2 design director Dennis Brännvall said in a new interview with GamesIndustry.biz.
