Ubisoft is releasing a new Versus mode to everyone who owns Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. It’s out tomorrow, it’s free, and no season pass is necessary. Ya-hoo! Bungie has once again come under fire from Destiny 2’s playerbase – this time, thanks to some additional restrictions imposed by the Curse of Osiris expansion, which has raised the power levels necessary for Prestige strikes beyond the capacity of vanilla Destiny 2 players. Destiny 2’s first expansion, Curse of Osiris, has now launched, bringing with it a slew of new additions to the game – including, in one instance, a heavily-overpowered weapon that is wreaking havoc in the PvP game modes. The Prometheus Lens, an exotic trace rifle, is a highly stable weapon with great range – and it comes with a laser that can tear enemies to shreds in just a few seconds, making it by far the game’s most powerful weapon. So far, Curse of Osiris for Destiny 2 has been one of the most disappointing Destiny expansions to date. Its content includes a brief two- to three-hour campaign with a hollow story, a tiny public space with little to do, and just two new multiplayer maps (three on PlayStation). The inaugural season of Blizzard’s Overwatch League kicks off later today with a series of preseason matches. A total of 12 preseason matches will be held between now and Saturday, December 9, with the first match starting at 4 p.m. Pacific this afternoon. These are unrecorded exhibition matches with no prize money on the line. Like the regular season, preseason matches will be held at the newly opened Blizzard Arena in Burbank, California at Burbank Studios. Matches will also be streamed via the Overwatch League website. Dragon’s Crown Pro is coming to the west in spring 2018. Atlus announced the new PS4 and PS4 Pro version of the game will cost $49.99 USD and $64.99 CAD. Dragon’s Crown Pro features enhanced visuals, 4K support, a newly recorded soundtrack with a live orchestra, and English and Japanese audio options. Assassin’s Creed Rogue may be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, according to a recent listing on the Korean Game Rating Board. The listing, spotted by Gematsu, shows Assassin’s Creed Rogue HD was submitted to the board by Ubisoft and classified today, December 6.
