Surrounding the controversy of Rockstar employees working mandatory 100-hour work weeks during the development of Red Dead Redemption 2, a UK-based office, Rockstar Lincoln, has decided to switch their system of mandatory overtime to voluntary, according to Kotaku. Kotaku originally heard from six sources and was told differently from Rockstar’s head of Publishing, Jenn Kolbe, that overtime was never mandatory, but was part of a system that involved requesting and scheduling overtime by bosses – but that employees could always say no. Before Marvel’s Spider-Man debuted on PS4, some would-be players were upset about…puddles. But developer Insomniac Games has now let players frustrated about puddle size reimagine the game with as many puddles as they could want. As part of today’s new Spider-Man PS4 updates, which include New Game Plus and an Ultimate difficulty, Photo Mode also saw the addition of new stickers and frames. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s newest DLC pack – The Call of Duty Endowment Salute Pack – has 100% of the proceeds going towards “placing US and UK Veterans into meaningful jobs through the Call of Duty Endowment.” Activision Blizzard announced the details of this new in-game pack that is available now and includes an in-game tag, sticker, gesture, calling card, and emblem. Insomniac Games has released Marvel’s Spider-Man’s newest updates, which add the much-anticipated New Game Plus mode, as well as a new difficulty level. Insomniac published the patch notes for updates 1.07 and 1.08 for Spider-Man, which are now available to download on PS4. The biggest update is the addition of New Game+, a Spider-Man PS4 feature Insomniac confirmed soon after the game’s initial launch. Psyonix has announced that the release of RocketID, its system for allowing cross-platform parties in Rocket League, has been pushed back to 2019. In a post, Psyonix called the delay a “difficult decision” while acknowledging that it originally planned a 2018 release for RocketID. The developer found a silver lining in the delay, however, and pointed out that it will now have RocketID prepped to work even with PlayStation 4 when it launches. “The good news is that with Sony’s recent announcements regarding full cross-platform functionality, we can now make additional changes to prepare RocketID for ALL platforms should we…
